Returns to Flyaways Gold!

MISSION STATEMENT

Our goal is to create a safe and challenging program that will prepare area Twin Tipper/Snow Boarders for their next competition season.

We’ll combine twisting, flipping, and grabbing the equipment in-air in a supervised and safe environment. We will also provide a specific whole-body conditioning program aimed at reducing future injuries and promoting more consistent landings.   Athletes that are prepared at the start of their season will have an extreme advantage over their competitors!   This is the program for you!

Area Stations will include:

1)                    Cardiovascular Conditioning

2)                  Core Body Conditioning

3)                  Flexibility Training

4)                  Leg, Ankle and Knee Conditioning

5)                  Trampoline with Equipment

6)                  Air Awareness (working with flipping and twisting belts)
