Programs for Active Boys:CURRENT CLASS SCHEDULE AND RATESThese programs are geared toward strength and endurance training, flexibility and general fitness. Multi-sport courses are designed for young guys who are in any variety of sports and activities and compliments off-season training, and also are a great place to obtain general fitness aptitude. Guys who are provided gymnastics-based instruction develop strong hand-eye coordination, have better memory function, and learn self-discipline.
Boys Multi-Sport Training 4-5 year-oldsYour preschooler will be introduced to strength building and coordination skills in a fun and challenging way. Time will be spent in the PreSchool Gym on size appropriate equipment. Frequently, the group is led into the main gym for trampoline and pit time to incorporate air-awareness training. There, they'll also gain experience on larger equipment and learn to safely share active space with other groups.
Boys Multi-Sport Training 6-14 year-oldsThis program is designed for boys that are beginner level to advanced, with curriculum that is adapted to the individuals mental and physical maturity level.
