Registration Policy and Procedures:Complete the registration form. Upon completion, return the form to the front desk along with the annual registration fee. The annual registration fee covers administrative costs as well as a medical insurance policy through Flyaways Gold Gymnastics, Inc. and MD2B, Inc of Forest Lake, MN. Session Tuition Payments:All participants are to complete the registration form and submit it with the appropriate registration fee and tuition, as well as provide a credit card for automatic payment. Your card will be charged in easy monthly payments for your child’s class session. Early registration is recommended to ensure a place in the class of your choice. We do not give refunds or credits for missed or dropped classes after the session begins. Session tuition will be pro-rated if registration occurs after the session begins. Movement and Progress:Each level in our program is based on mastering fundamental skill progressions. Once enrolled at Flyaways Gold Gymnastics, each gymnast is instructed and evaluated on an ongoing basis. We track athletes from class to class, session to session. At the end of the session in a new class, your athlete will receive a skill card with stickers highlighting the skills the instructor feels he or she has already mastered. Keep this card posted at home, to help with weekly focus motivation. In the next session, we’ll continue where he or she left off, and provide more stickers for marking off newly mastered skills. Once the skill card at home is completely full of stickers, your child will be recommended for the next level! Regardless of level, early registration is recommended to ensure a place in the class of your choice. Stay Informed:Be sure to check the calendar in the lobby for the upcoming events, schedule changes, timelines and other happenings at Flyaways Gold. Meet your child’s instructor, and check in now and then to get questions answered and observe progress. Always check our website for updated information and announcements. Rules and Policies:Attire and Appearance:All girls are required to wear a leotard to practice. No tights please!! Boys are allowed to wear well-fitted shorts and a T-shirt. Socks will be permitted. Long hair must be pulled back. Jewelry must not be worn during practice and will be asked to be removed for safety. Belongings:Any personal items should be stored in a stuff box located in the lobby during class. Flyaways Gold will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles. Large Lobby and Viewing area:You do not have to remain in the building while your child is attending class, but if you are using the viewing area, please control all siblings and help us to keep this area clean. If you need to get a message to your child or to the coach, please see the front desk for help!! Safety and Respect:Please be timely picking your child up at the end of class. All gymnasts must wait inside the building until they are picked up by their parent or guardian. Keep it Clean:Gum, Candy and beverages are NOT allowed in the gym.\ Family Discounts:We offer Family Discounts for families with multiple children enrolled in our program: the lowest tuition fee is half off! Make-Up Classes:At Flyaways Gold, consistency is very important in the progress a gymnast makes during a session. We feel the same instructor with the same students for ten weeks is the means to their success. Gymnasts will be able to make up one class per session. Make-up classes must be scheduled in advanced to maintain the proper coach-to-student ratio. If a class is scheduled on a closed date, that make up will not count towards the one per session limit. Please limit class changes to one time per session. Satisfaction Guaranteed:If you are not 100% satisfied within 10 days after your child’s scheduled first class, we will gladly refund the unused portion of your tuition. |
